Loan Servicing Representative

The Institution for Savings, one of the oldest and most successful community banks in the region, is seeking a full-time Loan Servicing Representative to work with our Commercial and Residential team at the Bank's Newburyport Lending. Duties include but are not limited to:

Loan Set UpPayment ProcessingTax & Insurance ProcessingPayoff/Discharge ProcessingConstruction Loan ProcessingPost-Closing ReviewQuality ControlHELOC Renewals/ExtensionsInvestor ReportingFile MaintenanceRespond to Customer Calls/EmailsPayment Portal Review
