About This Position

About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative professional to join our team as a Creative Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing the creative process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, sales and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and efficient resource allocation.As the Creative Operations Manager, you will play a key role in improving workflows, enhancing team productivity, and driving creative excellence across all projects.
What you will do:
Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $120,000 - $150,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and locationBigPanda offers a generous total rewards package that includes base pay, bonus, equity, and a world-class benefits program. What you will do:
- Creative design and web design: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate design assets while maintaining brand consistency. This includes SWAG, web, content and digital assets.
- Project Management: Oversee creative project delivery, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with creative, content teams and other cross-functional departments to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards across creative processes.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and monitor resource allocation to ensure effective use of team capacity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and timelines.
- 3-5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar role within a creative or content environment (external design agency or in-house).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing third-party vendors and contractors (e.g., design, marketing, product, etc.)
- Strong understanding of creative, web and SWAG processes and project lifecycle management.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both creative professionals and business stakeholders.
- Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency, ensuring that projects meet both creative vision and business objectives.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex projects and challenges.
- Knowledge of budgeting and resource management in creative projects.
- Experience with design and production tools such as Asana, Figma, Wordpress, Adobe Suite, Reachdesk and web and creative tools.
