Case Manager at Chicanos Por La Causa – Phoenix, Arizona

POSITION SUMMARY
Provides domestic violence case management services to all family members assigned while they participate in the De Colores program and assists in seeking resources necessary to support their independence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

• High School Diploma or GED required and 3 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Must be able to work with families who have experienced domestic violence.
• Experience providing case management services in a crisis environment.
• Excellent networking skills
• Ability to work in an active environment.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured under the automobile insurance policy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule per program requirements,
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have good organization and time management skills.
• Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and First Aid within 60 days of employment.
• Must be 21 years of age.
