What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing school team, coaching and mentoring staff to ensure exceptional care and education
• Oversee all school operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with federal, state, and company policies
• Drive enrollment growth by networking within the community, providing engaging school tours, and fostering strong parent relationships
• Ensure a positive and professional school environment, upholding brand standards, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage financials, payroll, and budgets to optimize resources while ensuring school profitability
• Seek professional development opportunities; stay current on new practices in the child care and education industry

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Master’s preferred) and Director qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director in a licensed childcare facility (franchise school experience preferred)

• Comprehensive knowledge of CCA licensing requirements, compliance regulations, and best practices in early childhood education
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Wayne, PA 19087 before starting
