How you will make an impact:

The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall management, compliance, and success of the assisted living clinical services program licensed by the department of health. The Clinical Director will ensure that all clinical staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but delight the residents along the way. Ensure that the initiation of services is seamless and that personalized care plans are up-to-date to reflect the residents' needs and desires. Work with a team of nurses to deliver exceptional results.

What you will need:

• Minnesota Registered Nurse in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience; preferably in Assisted Living
• Current CPR certification.
