Whether it’s a quick bite before the back nine or a leisurely meal with friends, you’ll help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to the menu. In this role, you will:

• Prepare and cook menu items to Magnolia Grille’s high standards, following recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines.
• Assist with daily prep work, ensuring freshness and proper storage of all ingredients.
• Work clean and organized, maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Monitor and manage food quality, taste, and appearance—adjusting as needed for exceptional consistency.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations.
• Uphold the club’s standards of hospitality with a positive, guest-first mindset.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the kitchen and clubhouse.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a dedicated, skilled culinary professional. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience in a kitchen or culinary role; golf club or upscale casual dining experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cooking methods, knife skills, and kitchen safety.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
