Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill is hiring immediately for Evening Team Members to join our team!

Job type: Full-time and part-time positions available
Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm

About the role:

As an Evening Team Member, you’ll help prepare fresh Mexican food daily, support your teammates during our busiest hours, and help create a welcoming, high-quality experience for every guest. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing things the right way, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with food prep and kitchen production to support fresh, made-from-scratch menu items

• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards throughout your shift

• Support kitchen stations as needed to help the team move efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver great food and great service

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, team-first attitude and strong willingness to learn

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant kitchen during evening hours

• Comfort with following procedures and staying focused on quality

• Good communication and reliability

• Ability to work evening shifts and provide reliable, on-time attendance
• Help prepare fresh Mexican ingredients and assemble orders according to Salsarita's standards
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures, including proper sanitation and handwashing
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen work area throughout your shift
• Assist with food prep tasks, portioning, and basic kitchen duties as needed
• Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, reporting any issues right away
• Provide friendly, guest-focused service and support the team during busy periods
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Adhere to company policies, including uniform and grooming standards
• Lift and carry moderate items and stand for extended periods during your shift
