Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill is hiring immediately for Morning Team Members to join our kitchen team and help us start every day strong with fresh, flavorful food.

Job type: Full-time and part-time positions available
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday

What you’ll do:

• Support kitchen prep during morning hours to help prepare fresh ingredients for service

• Assist with food preparation while following safety and sanitation standards

• Help keep your station stocked, organized, and ready for peak times

• Work closely with the team to ensure consistent quality from prep to plate

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment

• Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and provide fast, accurate service.
• Prepare fresh Mexican ingredients each morning according to Salsarita’s standards.
• Assemble orders correctly and efficiently for dine-in, take-out, and catering.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, grills, fryers, and food prep tools.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures throughout each shift.
• Maintain accurate labeling, rotation, and storage of ingredients for freshness.
• Assist with opening tasks, including stocking supplies and setting up workstations.
• Work effectively on a team and communicate clearly with other kitchen and service staff.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Be reliable and punctual for early morning shift start times.
• Adhere to all company policies, dress code, and attendance expectations.
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
