Toyota of Tacoma is looking for a Certified Toyota Technician to join our busy, high-volume service department. If you take pride in diagnosing problems correctly, delivering quality repairs, and building your technical expertise, we want to hear from you.

Qualified hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000, based on experience and certifications completed. Bonus terms and payment schedule will be provided during the hiring process.

· $66,000–$159,000 in estimated annual earnings, based on production.

· Document work accurately on repair orders and follow dealership processes.

· Work with service advisors and parts personnel to keep customers informed and repairs progressing.

What We’re Looking For

· At least one year of automotive repair experience and a strong automotive background.

· Toyota manufacturer certifications preferred; ASE certifications are a plus.

· Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.

· Ability to produce quality work efficiently and safely.

· Clear verbal and written communication and a team-first attitude.

· A valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.

· Willingness to complete applicable pre-employment background and drug screening, consistent with Washington law.
