We’re looking for a Training & Development Manager who sees the possibilities in people and knows how to help them grow. From a new employee’s first day to an emerging leader’s next opportunity, you’ll create learning experiences that help our people feel supported, build their skills, and succeed.

You’ll shape how learning happens across North Star—bringing consistency, creativity, and practical application to onboarding, employee development, and leadership programs.

Reporting to the VP of Talent & Organizational Development, you’ll translate organizational priorities into meaningful learning experiences. You’ll own the learning framework and program execution, working alongside managers, CLPs, and subject matter experts to prepare employees to perform independently and deliver an exceptional member experience.

• Give employees a strong start. Build onboarding and role-specific learning pathways that help new employees feel welcomed, supported, and ready for their responsibilities.
• Turn knowledge into confidence. Design programs that combine clear instruction, hands-on practice, coaching, and assessments to help employees put learning into action.
• Develop the people who develop others. Equip CLPs and subject matter experts with resources, tools, and coaching to deliver effective, consistent learning.
• Help leaders grow. Support development programs for managers and emerging leaders, reinforcing practical leadership skills through activities, discussion guides, and follow-up.
• Make everyday work easier. Create accessible learning materials, job aids, guides, and resources employees can rely on.
• Make learning better. Use feedback, performance insights, and business needs to strengthen programs and evaluate their effectiveness.

You bring creativity to program design, organization to execution, and a collaborative approach to working with others. You’re comfortable facilitating, coaching, and balancing multiple priorities—and you follow through to see whether learning translates into stronger performance.
