Job description: We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Heat Press Operator to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results. You’ll play a vital part in the production process and help ensure our customers receive excellent service and products. Key Responsibilities: Operate heat press machinery to produce custom graphic tees Prepare and move inventory within the warehouse Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and efficiency Pack and prepare finished goods for shipment Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements: Experience operating heat press or similar machinery preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent output Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Capable of working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment Basic counting and organizational skills required Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
