Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes

- Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations

- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service

- Manage cash register operations, process payments, and handle tabs accurately

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role preferred

- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

- Certification in responsible alcohol service or similar training is a plus

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
