Position Information
The Case Manager is an experienced professional who provides support, guidance, and connections for students experiencing distress at UCR. Case managers are licensed clinicians who work within a FERPA environment to provide non-clinical case management services. Case Managers use their applied professional knowledge and experience to independently performs the full range of case management responsibilities in support of working with a diverse student population across a range of academic and personal challenges to collaboratively develop goals, interventions and emphasizes identifying resources to address students' medical, psychological, psychiatric, social, financial and academic needs. Case Managers also serve as a resource for faculty, staff and families in support of student well-being. This role will specifically provide direct and indirect support to Student Health Services department and will spend dedicated time to provide patient support and advocacy.**Please be advised that we strongly recommend applicants submit a cover letter and resume.** Candidates may also be required to conduct a presentation as part of the interview process.The full salary range for the Case Manager is $90,034.56 - $119,141.28 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $100,000.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
