PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Craft coffee, tea, or food items based on customer orderProvide an energetic and uplifting experience for all customersEducate and inform customers of differences between roasts, types of coffee, and other productOperate and manage cash register and card payment systemsEffectively communicate with coworkers and customersOpenness to assisting the marketing team with local events, promotions, and the Java House van

 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Maintain regular attendanceAvailability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidaysMeet store operating policies and standardsEngage with and understand our customersAvailable to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
