At Smalls Sliders, our Squad Team Members are the heart of the Can! We’re looking for energetic, dependable, and positive people who enjoy working as part of a team and delivering a great experience to every guest.

As a Squad Team Member, you’ll work in a fun, fast-paced environment preparing our signature sliders, waffle fries, shakes, and drinks while providing fast, friendly service.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly and welcoming service to every guest
• Take orders accurately and process payments
• Prepare and serve food according to Smalls Sliders standards
• Work different positions throughout the Can, including front counter, drive-thru, food preparation, grill, and fry station
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Restock products and supplies as needed
• Work together with other Squad Members and Can leadership
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work
• Help create a positive and fun environment for our guests and Squad
