About This Position
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our East branch operations. The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch performance, including sales, operations, customer service, and staff management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in achieving business growth objectives.
Company History:
Founded in 2008; we are a temperature controls HVAC company. In 2015 we purchased Technical Energy Solutions, another great controls group. We have 3 branch locations being Grand Rapids, Alpena, and Rochester Hills.
Responsibilities:
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and high performance.
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Work with Director of Sales, Director of Operations, and Project Managers to ensure the branch is meeting company margin and revenue goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and team members to align branch objectives with company goals.
Work with the CSI Assets Team to procure office material when needed.
Responsible for promoting CSI Company Culture Plan to ensure employee retention.
Ensuring CSI Branch Personnel following EOS Structure Model and Accountability.
Handles daily personnel matters and collaborates with HR to develop solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in branch management or a related leadership role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
