The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the recruitment lifecycle by partnering closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to meet hiring needs across the organization. This role is responsible for reviewing applications, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring accurate and timely management of requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (Lever). The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience while maintaining high standards of data integrity, organization, and communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 2-4+ years of experience recruiting in high volume environment focused in pharmaceutical/biotechnology
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required. Lever ATS experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
