Responsibilities

We are looking for a Culture and Engagement Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be a key driver of initiatives that strengthen our inclusive culture and elevate employee experiences. You’ll provide strategic guidance and support on culture, engagement and belonging initiatives, as well as lead programs that celebrate recognition, volunteerism, and philanthropy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of the Culture and Engagement Strategy.
  • Translate strategies into tactical plans with clear goals, actions, resources, budget, and accountability.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to ADS’s Culture Exchange Council (CXC).
  • Embed Culture and Engagement practices into HR and Talent strategies.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices in Culture and Engagement.
  • Build relationships with Business Leaders, HR, and employees to understand Culture and Engagement priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Senior Leadership, HRBPs, and external partners.
  • Develop measures to assess the effectiveness of diversity initiatives.
  • Evaluate and adjust programs as needed, and prepare quarterly reports on progress and impact.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance ADS’s employment brand and attract diverse talent.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management, Culture & Engagement, HRBPs, and the business to develop scalable recruiting plans.
  • Partner with HR to embed Culture and Engagement messaging in various HR functions.
  • Engage in community and philanthropy-related activities with the ADS Foundation.
  • Facilitate in-person discussions and learning sessions Culture and Engagement.
  • Represent ADS at internal/external conferences related to Culture and Engagement.
  • Lead the development of Culture and Engagement learning experiences and education sessions.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business-related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, including Talent Development, Talent Management, Culture Change, and Belonging Initiatives.
  • Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or Industry Certification preferred.
  • Normal office environment with some travel required (25% - 30%) to plants across the United States.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with Culture and Belonging initiatives and facilitation.
