HVAC Technician at E V Bishoff Company – Cincinnati, Ohio

We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs.

5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience

Type 1 and Type 2 certifications

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus

Experience with older buildings is a plus

Must be organized and maintain a clean work space

Daily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needs

Reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur

Adheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations

Must have the ability to work on and support a team

Must have basic computer skills and email knowledge

Must have effective time management skills

Must have the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
