The future is borderless. Let’s build it together.We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing tailored Employer Record (EOR) solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of global employment compliance, payroll processes, and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to clients. The Solutions Consultant will report to the Head of Implementation.Key Responsibilities:Client Needs Analysis:Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their workforce and employment needsAssess client goals and challenges to develop customised EOR solutionsSolution Design:Design comprehensive multi-product solutions that align with client requirements and compliance standardsCollaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to create robust and scalable solutionsConduct demos of the technology solutionsCompliance Management:Stay abreast of global employment laws and regulations to ensure EOR and global payroll solutions adhere to legal requirementsGuide on compliance issues and work with clients to mitigate risksClient Engagement:Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationshipsPresent and communicate EOR and/or global payroll solutions effectively, addressing client concerns and questionsImplementation Support:Work closely with project managers and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution of EOR and/or global payroll solutionsProvide ongoing support to clients during the implementation phase, addressing any challenges that may ariseTraining and Education:Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on EOR and global payroll processes, compliance, and best practicesCreate educational materials to enhance client understanding of EOR and global payroll servicesContinuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the EOR and global payroll services frameworkStay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's EOR offeringsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related fieldProven experience in a Solutions Consultant or similar role, with a focus on Employer of Record servicesStrong understanding of global employment laws and regulationsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with a strong analytical bent of mindStrong research, problem-solving, and process development skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skillsEqual employment opportunityMultiplier is an equal opportunity employer: we value diversity.
