Position

We are seeking a Sales & Client Liaison to act as the primary point of contact for new valuation engagements. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, client focused professional who enjoys ownership, organization, and building trusted relationships in a deadline driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for new Business Valuation orders from lenders, ROBS providers, and business owners
  • Respond to inbound inquiries by providing fee quotes and turnaround timelines
  • Clearly explain valuation requirements, process, and next steps to clients
  • Collect, organize, and review required documentation for valuation engagements
  • Proactively follow up to resolve missing or incomplete information
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
  • Coordinate closely with valuation and appraisal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
  • Represent the company at occasional industry trade shows (March–November)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business-related experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in client services, customer support, or sales support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with Adobe applications
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Occasional Travel
