Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team on a part time basis ( 12 to 20 hours per week). who is available to work afternoon, weekday hours.. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy techniques in a clinic setting
  • Collect and record data via electronic data collection platform on learner progress
  • Complete session notes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate empathetically and effectively with learners, families, and team members
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for learners

Qualifications:

  • Current RBT certification (must provide RBT number)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols
