Rental Car Agent

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

- Assist customers with rental reservations, check-ins, and check-outs

- Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure cleanliness before and after rentals

- Process rental agreements and payments accurately

- Provide customers with information about vehicle features, rental policies, and local attractions

- Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and vehicle status

- Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure vehicle availability and quality

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or automotive rental preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with rental management software is a plus

- Positive attitude and a professional appearance
