Hiring Range:

$58,000 - $99,652.80

Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. These ranges reflect roles budgeted at 40 hours per week and a full range of the positions listed below.

Our behavioral health department expands over three locations in Southbridge and Webster with a wide range of behavioral health programs including: outpatient individual and group therapy, school-based services, partial hospitalization programs, DUI programming, recovery services, Psychiatric Emergency Services, interventional Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Medication Assisted treatments, inpatient behavioral health units, and we are still growing with innovative ways to effectively provide treatment to those in need. Our community hospital brings hope to patients by delivering exceptional care locally and regionally with both on-site and telehealth availability.

Our caregivers at Harrington, provide evidence based therapeutic services in the relentless pursuit of healing. Behavioral Health Clinician II – Master’s Prepared:

II. Position Qualifications:
License/Certification/Education:
Required:

1. Graduation and training from an accredited graduate (Masters) program such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.
Preferred:
1. License (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) eligible.

Experience/Skills:
Required:

1. Must have strong and effective communication, organization, and time management skills.
2. Must be able to work as part of a robust multi-disciplinary clinical team.
Preferred:
1. Internship and/ or work experience within behavioral health including addiction services.
2. Strong diagnostic skills and abilities.

Behavioral Health Clinician III – Independent License Prepared:

II. Position Qualifications:
License/Certification/Education:
Required:

1. Graduation and training from an accredited graduate (Masters) program.
2. Active unrestricted independent license by the Massachusetts Board of Registration: LICSW/LMHC/LMFT/Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Experience/Skills:
Required:

1. 2+ years of experience working within the Human Services field.
2. Strong diagnostic skills and abilities.
3. Must have strong and effective communication, organization and time management skills.
4. Must be able to work as part of a robust multi-disciplinary clinical team.

Preferred:
1. 2+ years of experience working within behavioral health and/ or addictions treatment.

Behavioral Health Registered Nurse:

II. Position Qualifications:

License/Certification/Education:

Required:
1. Current Massachusetts licensure and registration.
2. Completion of an accredited school of nursing program.
3. BLS is a requirement for every RN unless advance cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is current, in addition to any unit specific certifications and competencies.

Experience/Skills:

1. Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.

Mental Health Navigator:

1. Bachelor’s Degree.

3. Strong organizational skills

1. Two years working within the mental health or human services field.

2. Experience working directly with patients affected by substance use disorders and mental health disorders preferred or willingness to learn.
