The Site Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of project sites within the real estate development sector. This position ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving. Additionally, they will enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local building codes and standards. Ultimately, the Site Supervisor is responsible for delivering successful project outcomes that meet both client expectations and organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in construction supervision or site management, preferably in real estate development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in safety management or OSHA training.

Responsibilities:
