Position Summary
This position is responsible for representing McCoy at community and employer-based events, building and maintaining community partnerships, and supporting financial education initiatives. This role plays a critical part in expanding brand awareness and strengthening member engagement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field and interacting with people on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Representation & Community Engagement:
  Serve as the face of McCoy at community events, employer group functions, and financial education workshops. This role requires flexibility to attend events during standard business hours, as well as evenings and weekends.
• Relationship Management:
  Act as a primary point of contact for employer groups and financial education partners. Coordinate event scheduling, maintain ongoing communication, and ensure a positive and professional experience for all participants.
• Business Development & Networking:
  Develop and maintain relationships through active participation in local chambers of commerce, networking groups, and community organizations to expand McCoy’s presence and partnerships.
• Financial Education & Presentation:
  Support the development of financial education content by identifying relevant topics and creating engaging materials. Deliver presentations that effectively educate and connect with diverse audiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Partner with Marketing team members to develop event strategies, materials, and messaging that align with McCoy’s brand and organizational goals.
• Event Execution & Logistics:
  Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all materials, branding, and experiences meet McCoy’s standards.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years experience in community engagement, business development, marketing, or event coordination
• Degree in marketing or similar field a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Reliable transportation for travel to off-site events
• Bilingual skills are a plus
