Description:

The Site Clinic Manager for Virsono holds a strategic position overseeing the operations of six clinics within their assigned region. They manage and oversee the on-site support team within their assigned clinics. They are responsible for maintaining and ensuring each clinic's seamless integration and operations within their respective ENT partnerships. Furthermore, the Site Clinic Manager plays a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives and establishing strong physician referral programs to promote Virsono and its services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversight & Clinical Management:

o Directly oversee day-to-day operations of Virsono clinics, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all sites and consistent with the Virsono national brand.

o Implement and maintain standardized practices across all clinics under their purview.

o Track and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts and targets.

· Team Management & Development:

o Lead, mentor, and provide direction to the On-site Clinic Support Staff across the region.

o Foster a cohesive team environment across all clinics, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

o Assist with the hiring, training, and professional development initiatives for staff in their region.

o Ensure all team members are well-trained and updated on all hearing solutions offered at Virsono and deliver consistent patient care.

o Coordinate with remote Audiology team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to operate effectively.

· Marketing & Product Knowledge:

o Assist with the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies to promote Virsono services, Earlens Hearing devices and acoustic hearing aids.

o Manage the marketing budget for the region, ensuring a high return on investment as directed.

o Stay updated on Earlens products and ensure this knowledge is disseminated across all clinics.

o Engage in community outreach and develop robust physician referral programs to bolster the brand's presence in the community.

· Liaison with ENT Offices:

o Establish strong relationships with ENT professionals

o Address any concerns or inquiries from ENT offices and act as the primary point of contact.

o Regularly update the ENT office about patient feedback, and other relevant details.

o Coordinate, prepare and deliver the quarterly business review.

· Administrative Duties:

o Coordinate with the Director of Clinical Operations on overarching administrative and operational strategies.

o Supervise and ensure proper inventory management across all clinics.

o Monitor and manage regional performance metrics, setting and achieving targets.

o Manage AR/AP flow across all software applications.

o Management financial bookkeeping for Audiology diagnostics and services.

o Oversee order management efficiencies.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred or related experience.

· Proven experience in regional or multi-site clinical management.

· Strong understanding of audiological services and devices, with specific knowledge of Earlens products.

· Solid leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.

· Expertise in marketing, community outreach, and relationship building.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

· Proficiency in basic computer software, patient management systems, and marketing tools.
