The Recruiter is a newly created role driven by continued firm growth and will support ongoing recruiting initiatives by identifying, coordinating, and engaging stafflevel candidates across all offices and practice areas. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fastpaced, highautonomy environment to deliver a structured, endtoend recruiting approach that attracts top talent and delivers a seamless, consistent experience for both hiring leaders and candidates. This is a hybrid position based in Washington, DC.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and lead all phases of the recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, managing candidate submittals to hiring managers and teams, managing the full offer approval and offer letter process, extending offers, and dispositioning candidates.
  • Implement recruiting strategies designed to identify and source qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
  • Manage the opening and closing of job requisitions and job postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system (Workday) to document and track recruiting activities.
  • Review resumes, evaluating candidates’ qualifications and strengths compared with job requirements.
  • Communicate with candidates and coordinate logistics of interviews with BRG staff.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various BRG hiring managers about their recruiting needs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, such as current consulting staff and hiring managers, as well as external stakeholders, such as candidates, educational institutions and job boards.
  • Collaborate across all practice areas and offices to reinforce and maintain a consistent BRG brand and value proposition in the market.
  • Partner closely with other Recruiting team members, as well as community and practice leadership and operations staff to develop “Industries and Special Practices” (ISP) Community recruiting processes and procedures to ensure all needs are being met, and consistent processes.
  • Partner with and delegate appropriate recruiting tasks to the Recruiting Coordinator to support overall recruiting operations.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate recruiting reports and tracking spreadsheets for hiring managers and leadership, coordinating with other recruiters as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of previous work experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably at a consulting firm or other professional services firm.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven competency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and MS Outlook.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system, preferably Workday.
  • Ability to use creative sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., to attract top talent Interest in understanding BRG’s various service offerings and the necessary qualifications required to be a successful employee at BRG.
  • Keen interest in market changes and nuances, with an ability to stay current on relevant industry trends to inform recruiting efforts. Demonstrated ability to effectively build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver recruiting strategies and initiatives.
  • Ability to use good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and to effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with a strong sense of urgency and an entrepreneurial, resultsdriven mindset.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000.

Candidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
