Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Human Resources professional who is a self-starter, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role supports daily human resources operations and general office functions.
Responsibilities Conduct new hire orientations and collect onboarding documentation Maintain employee records and electronic filing systems Track HR actions, reports, and documentation Handle inbound and outbound client and caregiver calls Provide data entry and clerical support Assist with scheduling and office operations Support additional HR-related duties as needed Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets Positive attitude and ability to work independently
Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience Minimum 2 year HR experience Scheduling experience required Human Resources experience preferred Home care or healthcare experience a plus
