Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through order picking, packing, stocking, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse organization. This position requires safe forklift operation, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to remain on your feet and walk throughout the workday in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Operate a forklift safely and effectively to move inventory, pallets, and materials throughout the warehouse
• Receive, inspect, and stock inventory in designated locations
• Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
• Assist with other warehouse duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred or ability to become certified
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the entire shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the day
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements
• Must be comfortable operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts

Work Environment:

This position works in a warehouse setting and may be exposed to varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate noise levels.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills (verbal, reading and writing)
• Good work habits
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to lift at least 35-50 lbs from a standing position
• Must be able to physically use and operate a pallet jack/electrical pallet jack
• Requires ability to move product quickly through the warehouse
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent active listening skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
