Shipping Clerk at Wysocki Family Farms – Bancroft, Wisconsin

Wysocki Family Farms is seeking a reliable, motivated full-time team member to join our day shift operations as a Shipping Clerk. In this role, you will support daily production and quality processes, contribute to a safe and efficient work environment, and ensure our products meet customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shipping Data Entry & 3-Way Match – Enters shipping data in real time ensuring a three-way match between the original customer order, shipping records, and invoicing.
2. Daily Data Management – Completes and verifies daily data entry for customer orders, plant product data, bin/field/entity details, and inventory updates from scouting reports and forecast yields.
3. Transportation Tracking & Communication – Tracks carrier Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), confirms pick-up information, and communicates transportation updates with customers via SharePoint.
4. Data Verification & Auditing – Audits key data points, corrects variances, and ensures accuracy for accounting, costing, and proper revenue flow.
5. Shipping Operations Support – Provides the daily shipping report, checks in truck drivers, verifies seals, and prints the bill of lading for drivers to deliver to customers.
6. Plant Productivity Support – Assists plant operations performing forklift duties including loading trucks, removing product from the line, retrieving carton supplies and supporting general material movement.
7. Performs other duties as assigned to support departmental and company goals, adapting to business needs with flexibility and teamwork.

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work a consistent 6:00 a.m. start

Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork

Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)

Willingness to learn and follow established procedures

Previous experience in production, agriculture, manufacturing, or warehouse work is helpful but not required
