Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

CTech Manufacturing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and process incoming shipments and deliveries

- Verify contents of shipments against purchase orders and packing lists

- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and packaged

- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments

- Inspect and verify all incoming and outgoing products for damages or defects

- Communicate with vendors, customers, and other departments to resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries

- Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area

First Shift Monday- Thursday 6:30am- 3:30 pm and Friday 6:30am- 12:30 pm

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift certification within 90 days of job entry date
