Collection/Billing Clerk- Bilingual at Children Service Center – Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania

Works with clients to obtain insurance and payment on outstanding balances, position is supervised by the Fiscal Coordinator.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Dealing with clients and coordinating with payments on balances.
• Strong customer service skills and collection of patient balances required
• Assisting clients with applying for Medical Assistance

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Medical billing experience in dealing with insurances and collection with patient balances required

Bilingual- fluent in Spanish
