Field Marketer at Anderson Air – Springdale, Arkansas

Purpose: The Field Marketer serves as the on-site representative for Anderson Air within partnered retail locations, engaging customers and generating qualified leads for residential HVAC service and replacement. This role supports retail partnerships by driving awareness, building relationships with store associates, and creating sales opportunities.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Represent Anderson Air as the HVAC vendor within assigned partnered retail locations
• Engage customers in-store to discuss HVAC service, maintenance, and replacement options
• Generate and qualify residential HVAC leads
• Educate customers on system efficiency, upgrades, and available solutions
• Participate in in-store programs and collaborate with retail associates
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with retail staff
• Maintain a professional, approachable presence on the sales floor
• Track and submit leads and customer interactions accurately
• Coordinate with Anderson Air sales team for follow-up and conversions
• Travel between assigned retail locations as needed
• Participate in and represent the company at home shows and promotional events
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers
• Sales, retail, or lead generation experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a retail environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus (training provided)
• Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel between locations

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to engage with customers continuously throughout the day
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (marketing materials, displays, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a retail environment with varying noise levels
• Ability to set up and break down promotional displays or event booths

Compensation:

• $18-$20/hour base pay
• Commission on closed HVAC replacement sales
• Additional spiffs for generating qualified leads
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between assigned retail locations
• Flexible scheduling aligned with retail hours
