Financial Analyst at EBS Recruiters LLC – St. Louis, Missouri

Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic growth initiatives through detailed financial analysis, pricing insights, and data-driven recommendations. This role partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, optimize margins, and support budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights. Candidates must be local to St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze financial data to support forecasting and business performance evaluation
• Identify discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure data accuracy
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, valuation, and scenario analysis
• Analyze pricing, cost structures, and margin performance to support revenue optimization
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and leadership
• Conduct trend analysis on revenue, expenses, and operational performance
• Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and “what-if” modeling
• Provide recommendations for financial planning, cost optimization, and investment decisions
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure data integrity
• Measure post-implementation results against projections and identify improvement opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Process-driven with strong organizational skills
• Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to stakeholders
