The Role

The ideal candidate will bring three to six years of substantive labor and employment experience gained at either a general practice firm or a boutique labor and employment firm. You will handle sophisticated matters and work alongside accomplished colleagues in a dynamic and collegial environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of substantive labor and employment experience
• Admission to practice in Tennessee (required)
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong communication, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to client excellence
