Job Description
EEC Solutions is looking for a Practical Exercise Scenario / Role Play Director to support a possible upcoming contract at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ.
Note: We are seeking resumes for a proposal opportunity. This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates currently living in a HubZone designated area are encouraged to apply. Only the candidates who meet the minimum qualifications will be considered.
Position Description:
Develops, plans, coordinates, executes, and manages comprehensive Air Advisor-centric exercises designed to evaluate student knowledge and application of Advisor Core Skills and Cross-Cultural Competencies. Manages fictional partner nation environments, role player assignments, exercise areas, and integration of academic and fieldcraft learning objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, plan, coordinate, execute, and manage Air Advisor-centric practical exercises evaluating Advisor Core Skills and Cross-Cultural Competencies.
• Develop and manage fictional partner nation environments including detailed bios, backstory, and character studies for multiple partner nation roles.
• Manage exercise areas including preparation of appropriate settings and décor simulating partner nation office, work, and social spaces.
• Manage and direct role players on appropriate behavior and actions to achieve desired student responses.
• Coordinate with Site Manager and Course Director on total number and target languages of role players required for all practical scenario exercises.
• Purchase and deliver authentic ethnic meals and minor ethnically correct supplies for culture classes or exercises IAW PWS para 1.6.2 (prior written approval from CO required).
• Coordinate with academic and fieldcraft instructors to integrate learning objectives from all classes into practical exercises in field and classroom settings.
• Coordinate with AA Flight leadership to schedule training areas and ranges throughout JB MDL in support of exercises.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred.
- Deployed as a Military Advisor, PAS Officer, RAS Officer, FAO, PRT member, attaché, or Security Cooperation Officer (or equivalent advisory role); practical knowledge of air advising activities; experience developing, planning, and executing military practical exercises in support of academic and fieldcraft lessons; experience as observer/controller/evaluator for complex military exercises.
- USAF EOS Academic Instructor Course or equivalent upon hire.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate base access; Secret clearance preferred; CAC required within two weeks of start date.
- Verification of advisory deployment and military exercise design/OC/T experience required.
Preferred Qualification:
- Prior exercise design and role player management experience; familiarity with JB MDL training ranges.
