Licensed Counselor - LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LICDC at Holzer Health System – Gallipolis, Ohio

Responsible for providing direct clinical social work to patients and their families as part of the multi-disciplinary team with emphasis on completing Psychosocial Assessments, conducting both individual or group therapy sessions, developing, implementing and reviewing treatment plans for patients in both the out-patient psychiatry and addictive medicine specialties of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS.)

Education, Work Experience and Licensure: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field. Licensed as Professional Clinical Social Worker/Counselor preferred. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
