Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational liaison for strategic partners
- Provide timely responses to partner inquiries, disputes, and onboarding submissions
- Coordinate internally to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of issues
- Track and manage biller onboarding workflows, timelines, and documentation
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous operational improvements
- Maintain detailed documentation, status trackers, and communication logs
Qualifications
- 2+ years account management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be willing to travel 5-10%
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to navigate complex customer needs, problem-solve, and drive proactive solutions
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal & external teams, including product, finance, and operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
