As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through multiple channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and success by ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both temporary and permanent positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position. Additionally, you will represent the company at recruiting events and maintain relationships with educational institutions to support college recruiting initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for managing recruitment workflows.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of staffing services and technical recruiting practices.
  • Experience in contract recruitment and temporary staffing environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with college recruiting and organizing recruiting events.
  • Background in recruiting for electrical role or construction-focused organizations.
  • Experience working in a staffing agency or high volume recruiting

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and college recruiting programs to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and external recruitment partners to support contract and temporary staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct internet recruiting and leverage social media platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
