WAREHOUSE DRIVER at Mechanical Air Conditioning Corp – Riviera Beach, Florida

Mechanical Air Conditioning Corp., a family owned company serving the Treasure Coast for over 40 years, is looking for a full-time Warehouse Driver for our growing Air Conditioning business.

This position is based out of our main office located at 8050 Monetary Drive in Riviera Beach.

Responsibilities:

• Drives a company vehicle to deliver supplies and equipment to job sites as well as pick up parts or equipment from supply houses as required
• Pulls appropriate materials for scheduled jobs
• Receives incoming shipments and places material in the appropriate location within the warehouse
• Efficiently and accurately loads and unloads trucks with and without a forklift
• Ensures all parts, pieces and serial numbers on paperwork (delivery or exit) match the inventory being pulled or received
• Performing and assisting with cycle counts
• Adheres to all company safety guidelines
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment

• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is preferred
• A minimum of 6-months warehouse experience is highly desired
• Driving for a similar industry such as air conditioning, plumbing or construction is highly desired
• Ability to safely operate common warehouse items such as a hand truck, pallet jack and forklift
• Related experience and or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
• Must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to accurately perform basic math such as addition and subtraction
• Valid driver license and a clean driving record required
• The ability to regularly move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and withstand outside weather conditions
