About the Role:
The Collision Center Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of an automotive collision repair center, ensuring a seamless workflow between customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians. This position is responsible for coordinating repair schedules, managing customer communications, and overseeing the administrative aspects of collision repair projects to guarantee timely and quality service delivery. The coordinator acts as the primary liaison, facilitating clear and effective communication among all parties involved to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves monitoring repair progress, managing parts orders, and maintaining accurate records to support billing and insurance claims. Ultimately, the Collision Center Coordinator ensures that the collision center operates smoothly, meets business objectives, and upholds high standards of service excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in automotive repair coordination, customer service, or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office and automotive repair management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in automotive technology, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in an automotive collision repair environment.
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes and automotive estimating software.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the collision center.
