Position: 340B Specialist
Location: Wailuku, Hawai‘i
Pay Range: $21.45 – $29.02/hour
(Compensation based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role:As a 340B Specialist, you’ll support our pharmacy services by ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our 340B Program. You’ll work closely with the 340B Program Manager and Director of Pharmacy Services to help deliver affordable medications to our patients while maintaining compliance with federal regulations.
What We’re Looking For:Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a related medical field
- Strong computer skills
- Preferred: Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ensure compliance with 340B Program regulations and internal policies
- Prevent duplicate discounts and diversion
- Communicate effectively with patients, including handling sensitive situations with care
- Report regularly to the 340B Program Manager
- Eager to learn and grow—Apexus 340B University training is encouraged
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel island-wide and work flexible hours
- Able to lift medication supplies and navigate inventory systems
