Seasonal Concrete Forms technician position in Meridian, Idaho at CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY

This is a seasonal position. The position is expected to end on October 31, 2026, but the exact end date may vary depending on company performance and business needs during the season. While the position is seasonal, we may adjust the duration of your employment based on factors like demand, project completion, or business outcomes. We will notify you in advance of any changes to the end date.

The forms department ensures our forms inventory is organized and in excellent refurbished condition. The members of this team are self-motivated and have a high level of attention to detail. Having the ability to maintain the forms and keep inventory organized allows CCS to deliver forms to customers in an efficient and accurate manner.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Retrieve rented forms and trailer from job site, loading forms onto trailer, if necessary
• Unload forms and prepare for cleaning and reconstruction, if needed
• Inspect forms for any damage and repair or discard as appropriate
• Clean and reconstruct forms, returning them to excellent refurbished condition
• Organize forms in a manner that yields efficient retrieval for delivery
• Maintain forms area and tools to promote a safe, clean, efficient working environment
• Handle all power tools and equipment following safety procedures and protocols
• Prepare forms packages for customers; load on trailer
• Assist with any other duties as assigned or needed

Experience and Education

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working with power tools and basic carpentry skills a plus. Must be able to work in a variety of outdoor weather conditions.

Skills, Licensing, and Certifications

• Basic carpentry skills
• Experienced with power tools
• Forklift certification a plus
• Ability to lift 75 pounds safely
