Job Description

AI Program Manager

The AI Program Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of artificial intelligence initiatives across the organization. This role bridges business needs, technical teams, and leadership to ensure AI solutions are delivered effectively, ethically, and with measurable impact. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with a solid understanding of AI technologies and their practical business applications. The AI Program Manager will also assist in the continual development of the firm’s Litify CRM system and provide ongoing, scalable growth opportunities through optimization of key Salesforce CRM tools, systems, and products.

This is NOT a remote position. The employee must be able to come into the office, which is in Dallas, Texas, at least 5 days a week. *ONLY LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENTS OR US CITIZENS WILL BE CONSIDERED*

Key Responsibilities of our AI Program Manager

  • Lead end-to-end AI program delivery, from ideation through implementation and optimization
  • Develop and manage an AI roadmap aligned with organizational goals and priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and operations
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for efficiency, automation, and business growth
  • Establish program governance, timelines, budgets, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs)
  • Manage vendor relationships, including AI platforms and third-party service providers
  • Ensure ethical, compliant, and responsible use of AI technologies
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear business value for stakeholders and executives
  • Monitor emerging AI trends and recommend innovative solutions
  • Drive change management and user adoption of AI tools and systems
  • Mitigate risks related to data privacy, bias, and system reliability
  • Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases.
  • Assist in performing tasks related to the day-to-day operations of several large implementations of Salesforce, including managing user access, creation and maintenance of custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and troubleshooting of Apex and integrations.

Requirements and qualifications of our AI Program Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
  • Two plus years of hands-on experience with enterprise-level Salesforce applications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform tools and languages such as Apex, Lightning Components, Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 2+ years working with AI, machine learning, or data-driven technologies
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and lifecycle
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred qualifications of our AI Program Manager

  • Master’s degree or MBA
  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master
  • Experience with generative AI, NLP, or automation tools
  • Familiarity with data governance, privacy regulations, and AI ethics
  • Experience in the Litify application
  • Experience implementing AI in a professional services or legal environment (if applicable)
