- Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles for G&A functions, ensuring alignment with overall financial and strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate business initiatives, cost optimization opportunities, and long-term investment ROI.
- Deliver clear and impactful financial insights to senior leadership by translating complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial systems, automate reporting processes, and enhance data accuracy within planning tools.
- Manage end-to-end financial workstreams, ensuring alignment of stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and financial objectives.
- Support strategic decision-making by analyzing large datasets and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across business functions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical finance role.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment is highly desirable.
- Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP or EPM systems such as NetSuite or Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to manage large datasets and deliver accurate insights under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Competitive salary range of $68,595 – $80,700 CAD, based on experience and location.
