Regional Operations Lead $70-$75K plus Benefits and Bonus in Pompano Beach, Florida at Divine/Savant LLC

We are seeking an innovative individual to lead 3 locations in south Florida. You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily regional activities and help lead the team to success with our locations in West Palm, Doral, and Pompano. This position has much potential for growth, and we need a leader with a go-getter attitude to help continue to build upon our vision! This position does require previous supervisor experience such as a shift lead or previous supervisory role!

This role will utilize a company vehicle upon an approved MVR and also includes a bonus program based on quarterly KPI performance.

Below are general expectaions of a Regional Lead:

· Manage multiple warehouse teams including hiring and development, scheduling and payroll management, performance management and coaching to maximize retention of Warehouse Leads and their respective teams.

· Consult with HR department regarding employee relations

· Ensure proper staffing levels in each location.

· Work with the Director of Operations to strive to achieve set metrics including accounting, delivery, inventory management, and warranties using excel as well as reporting from WMS or Wizmo

· Ensure execution of all inventory standards to include purchase orders, including LTL, FTL, and container shipments as well as inbound/outbound transfers in a timely manner using reporting from Wizmo and communicating via email.

· Monitor and ensure cycle count compliance using WMS

· Ensure operational standards are implemented and understood at each location.

· Communicate with warehouse leads to work with driver contractors to maintain adequate and dependable drivers as needed.

· Ensure Smart Safe procedures are implemented and followed (where applicable)

· Monitor vehicle maintenance execution with warehouse leads to maintain proper maintenance and repair of company vehicles.

· Communicate warehouse needs regarding hardware and supplies.

· Conduct regular warehouse visits to provide action plans and help each facility achieve full potential.

· Communicate with customers via phone or email to resolve escalations or service issues

· Ability to fill in as Warehouse Lead or Router as needed

· Work with Director of Operations to fulfill other duties as needed.

· Availability to work Saturday as required is not optional and varies with each location. Must be able to travel between locations.
