• This is a temporary position, hiring immediately, and the anticipated duration of this role will be until October 1st.
• This is an onsite, in office position.

The Spirit of the Position:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead.Talent Acquisition is responsible for full cycle recruitment within the West Coast market. This is a high-demand role, responsible for actively recruiting for high volume openings (about 200-500 requisitions between the team). This role requires working in the office or on site at hosted job fairs.

Principal Job Duties:

• Aggressively fuels the applicant pipeline by actively recruiting on Indeed, hosting job fairs, leveraging social media, and internal referral programs.
• Researches and actively sources passive job seekers.
• Builds relationships with Operations to understand business needs and objectives.
• Partners with Operations to ensure that new hires are pushed through the process accurately and timely.
• Accurately maintains dashboards and recruiting metrics, including open positions, new hires, interviews,etc.
• Conducts at least 25-30 interviews on a daily basis.
• Manages requisitions submitted by operations.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of high-volume recruitment/scheduling position and/or experience in a recruiting role for multi-site front-line staff.
• Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and general Microsoft Office Applications.
