Job Summary
Aurex is seeking a highly experienced Program Security Representative (PSR) to provide multi-discipline security support for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Programs (SAP), and collateral programs. This role is critical in ensuring security integrity across all phases of program development—from initial analysis and design through testing and transition. You will be responsible for safeguarding mission-critical data and ensuring strict adherence to federal security policies in support of U.S. military operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Analysis: Provide daily multi-discipline analysis for SCI, SAP, and collateral activities; identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to testing, training, and operational activities.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies.
- Operational Support: Assist in developing and executing approved policies for safeguarding data; develop OPSEC test plans for both CONUS and OCONUS operations in coordination with program teams.
- Facility & Compliance Oversight: Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews and close-outs; monitor and track all resulting corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Assess security procedures daily to identify shortfalls and provide recommendations for revising and improving security systems and policies.
- Inquiry & Assessment: Lead explorations into any loss or compromise of sensitive information, including conducting preliminary inquiries and generating damage assessments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years of related security experience, including at least 5 years of relevant experience supporting an OSD organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility. Must be willing to undergo a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph if required.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and actively engage with program leadership and clients.
How You Will Be Rewarded
The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $190,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive total rewards approach to compensation, providing incentives and benefits that extend far beyond the base salary. Compensation is determined by the candidate’s work experience, education, training, and relevant skills. We offer a competitive benefits package designed to support our employees' health, well-being, and professional growth.
