All Pro Capital is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will play a key role in providing financial analysis, portfolio management, and underwriting support to a private equity commercial real estate investment company. Job Type: Regular Full-time Work Hours: Monday-Friday

Effective Date: 5/11/2026 Exemption Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000

Role Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis, portfolio management, and underwriting support and assists in executing a comprehensive risk management strategy to protect the Company's assets and interests.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Junior Financial Analyst

Essential Functions:

  • Analyzes real estate investment opportunities presented by platform partners as well as company-sourced opportunities
  • Develops and maintains models to forecast commercial real estate property performance to aid in acquisition and management decisions
  • Conducts financial analysis and market research on potential and current properties for acquisition, management, and disposition purposes
  • Performs regular variance, profitability, and KPI analysis, and other ad hoc analyses as required
  • Creates investor-facing material, such as investing memoranda for new projects and quarterly updates on existing projects
  • Reviews rent rolls, income and expense statements, lease documents, tax documents, tenant financials, appraisals, and other third-party reports to determine accuracy and incorporate into the model
  • Reviews platform partner financial models to incorporate key information into the development of financial models
  • Prepares and reviews disposition analysis of assets for review by leadership, the accounting department, and platform partners
  • Collaborates with platform partners
  • Works with the legal department to review and communicate the waterfall structure, fees, and all deal terms to be included in legal documents
  • Adheres to timelines as determined by platform partners, leadership, and company goals
  • Presents financial analysis and recommendations to leadership

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Required Education/Credentials/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, or real estate
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with modeling commercial real estate projects
  • 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Analysis or Finance
  • Ability to use a variety of programs, such as CRM software, market research (CoStar), and property management platforms
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, combined with business acumen

Skills & Abilities:

  • Noted attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize multiple sources of data, both quantitative and qualitative, and leverage that information to create financial models that accurately portray the relevant risks and potential returns of any given investment strategy
  • Experience working with a small team in the development of financial modeling of prospective projects, managing active projects, creating investment memoranda and quarterly reports, due diligence management, and market analysis
  • Ability to work independently
  • Driven, critical thinker

Preferred Education/Credentials/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Degree preferably in finance, accounting, or real estate
  • Understanding of Private Placement Memoranda, equity structures, and equity waterfalls
  • Prior experience with self-storage and multifamily development, acquisition underwriting, and project management

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

Work Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
